Follow these steps to get it working:
- Ensure SteamVR is running
- Click the three lines in the top left corner
- Click "Devices"
- Click "Controller Settings"
- Click "OpenXR" (left hand menu)
- Open SteamVR > Settings
- Clikc to switch OpenXR runtime to SteamVR
- Then, run the default Steam version of Noun Town
